Colterenzio's Sauvignon "Lafoa" is a great pure Sauvignon Blanc.

A short maceration precedes the pressing of the perfectly ripe grapes. Fermentation takes place partly in steel and partly in barriques and ages for 8 months on its lees, before being combined and bottled.

Sauvignon Lafoa Colterenzio is a fresh and young white wine despite the long months of aging in barrique. The aromatic kit is thick, with scents ranging from citrus and exotic fruit to vanilla and acacia flowers. Dense and structured on the palate, a great persistence combined with a savory minerality make it a wine of character, perfect to combine with the typical Tyrolean dumplings.
