Les Vieux Clos Nicolas Joly is a biodynamic white wine from Chenin Blanc grapes from a small monopole vineyard of Nicolas Joly. Refines for 8 months in barrique, in contact with its own yeasts. A gold-colored wine that releases aromas of dried fruit and candied fruit, followed by mineral and spicy notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and opulent, supported by a great acidity that also gives it an exceptional evolutionary potential. It strikes and makes you think for hours. Open it at least an hour before, it will give you satisfactions that you cannot even imagine.
