The red wine Tassinaia di Castello del Terruccio whose name means, "place of stones", derives from the stone present in the subsoil of these lands which was used for the construction of the plants called "Tassinaia". Obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes which are aged separately for 16 months, the Tassinaia is blended and aged for another 12 months in the bottle. A wine with elegant, full-bodied and complex tannins that releases hints of wild berries, spices and balsamic herbs.
