Les Vieux Clos Nicolas Joly is a white wine from Chenin Blanc grapes in purity, the result of the rigorous biodynamic agriculture of a small monopole vineyard of Nicolas, and of an aging of 8 months on fine lees in barriques. It amazes for the richness of its aromas and flavors. It releases aromas of dried fruit and candied fruit, followed by mineral and spicy notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and opulent, supported by a great acidity that also gives it an exceptional evolutionary potential.
