Mestre Père Fils is a winemaking company that has passed down its traditions for five generations. The family manages 17 hectares in 5 villages in the Côte de Beaune.

Since 1976, the vineyards have been managed in a sustainable manner, and it is thanks to this rigorous work in the vineyard that the final product develops all its complexity and the richness of its range of flavors in the glass.

Chassagne Montrachet Mestre Père Fils is an extraordinary white wine, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.

The soil is composed of white calcareous marl and the vines are 20 to 30 years old. The harvest is carried out manually with sorting directly in the vineyard. The winemaking remains traditional, with aging in small new oak barrels lasting from 6 to 10 months.
