Sauvignon Collio DOP Bio 2022 75 cl Sturm

The Sauvignon Bio of the Sturm company is a unique wine.

It is produced from the Russiz cru, the highest in altitude and the oldest, with over 35 years of productivity.

In the vineyard there is a philosophy of organic cultivation in respect of the ecosystem and the lunar calendar.

The grapes are harvested by hand to select the best bunches, then destemmed and cold macerated. The refinement takes place in steel tanks and 500lt oak tonneaux where it remains for a few months.

Sturm has created a Sauvignon Bio with a golden yellow color, with aromas of custard, fresh and aromatic notes. On the palate it has great sapidity and minerality combined with structure and complexity.

Sauvignon Bio Sturm is a wine that goes perfectly with all first courses with tomato and asparagus, omelettes, shellfish, ideal with sea bass in salt!
