Ca’ Brione 2022 75 cl Nino Negri
Nino NegriThe "Ca' Brione" Nino Negri is a white wine from Valtellina that comes from a blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Incrocio Manzoni with the addition of Nebbiolo - Chiavennasca.
The selected Nebbiolo - Chiavennasca and Incrocio Manzoni vineyards are located in the municipality of Tresivio, while the Sauvignon and Chardonnay vineyards are located in the municipality of Teglio, at an average altitude of 400/450 metres, with southern exposure, on loose soil -shallow sandy.
The bunches of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Manzoni cross are harvested by hand during mid-September and remain to dry in boxes for 20 days.
Subsequently, the vinification takes place "in white" with soft pressing. Fermentation takes place naturally at 18/19°, in French oak barriques, half new and half second passage, for about 8 months. With batonnage every 7 days until assembly at the end of May.
Ca' Brione Nino Negri is a yellow wine with green reflections, broad aromas, with floral hints of elderberry and fruity notes of peach and pineapple; the flavor is harmonious and elegant, very savory, with a pleasant fruity aftertaste. Equipped with good evolutionary potential.
