Arbois Vin Jaune "Les Bruyères" André & Mireille Tissot is one of the greatest expressions of the Jura.
A traditional vin jaune, a wine produced with Savagnin grapes coming from old vines with an average age of 65 years, and with an oxidative style that gives it eternal life, a wine that never ages but always stays fresh and alive.
The bouquet is very particular, with very intense smoky and dried fruit notes and a light pungent hint given by oxidation; the mouth is incredibly fresh, almost sharp, with a substantially infinite persistence.
Arbois Vin Jaune "Les Bruyères" André & Mireille Tissot is a wine that can be paired with very mature cheeses or as a meditation wine, at the end of a meal.
