Sancerre rouge “Comte Lafond” is a red wine made from Pinot Noir produced in the municipality of Sancerre, in the Loire Valley. The clayey and calcareous soils give the wine structure and finesse while the one year aging in barrique helps to give structure and roundness. A bouquet of small red fruits and spices and a sip with velvety tannins and great freshness are perfectly integrated giving a wine of extreme elegance and harmony, with a long mineral and savory finish.
