Ronco delle Cime from the Venica company is a white wine produced with Friulian grapes from a single vineyard, which gives its name to the wine.

After a short maceration, in the absence of oxygen, it makes wine and ages partly in large oak barrels and partly in steel.

All the typicality of the terroir emerges on the nose, refined aromas with notes of chamomile, hay and white-fleshed fruit, banana and an almond finish. On the palate, despite a marked acidity and savory vein, it remains very soft and enveloping, with a great structure.

Ronco delle Cime Venica is a perfect wine to drink as an aperitif, also ideal with appetizers in general, in particular with raw ham. Also wonderful with a risotto with fresh porcini mushrooms.
