Chardonnay "Sanct Valentin" 2021 75 cl San Michele Appiano

In the best vineyards of the municipality of Appiano, Chardonnay grapes are produced so extraordinary as to give life to a fine wine, with an exorbitant and elegant strength at the same time.

Since 1986 this Chardonnay has belonged to the top Sanct Valentin line and represents one of the most important wines of the cellar.

The Chardonnay Sanct Valentin wine from San Michele Appiano is produced with malolactic fermentation and aging on the yeasts in barrique-tonneaux. Blending after almost a year and further maturation of at least eight months in concrete barrels.

A white wine with perfect balance, rightly blended acidity and excellent aging potential.

Chardonnay Sanct Valentin pairs very well with mixed fried fish, ravioli with porcini mushrooms, also perfect to accompany baked chicken or Milanese cutlet.
