"Thèo" is the cuveè produced by Domaine Weinbach based on Riesling grapes and dedicated to the head of the family Thèo Faller.

The property's vineyards have exceptional geological and topographic characteristics and enjoy privileged exposures in the Kaysersberg valley. From them comes a large range of high quality wines characterized by purity and elegance.

The vinification and aging take place in foudres, the typical large Alsatian oak barrels.

The Theò Domaine Weinbach Riesling is an explosion of aromas on the nose, with notes ranging from tropical fruit to citrus, with also hints of incense and oriental spices. On the palate this aromaticity is found which carries with it a light residual sugar, perfectly balanced however by a finish rich in flavor.
