Dut'Un is Vie di Romans' most important white wine, the most beautiful expression of the company's two most cultivated grape varieties, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

The assembly involves 50% of both vines which are vinified in steel tanks and left to rest in contact with the yeasts for approximately 9 months.

Dut'Un Vie by Romans is a deep wine, with a very important aromatic part, typical of both vines, but never heavy or cloying; the sip is fresh and savory, the aromas emerging on the nose are rediscovered and give the wine a unique persistence.

Try it with fatty and creamy dishes, for example a risotto with asparagus, sour cream and caviar.
