The Vermentino Isola dei Nuraghi "Al Sol Brilla" of the La Contralta company is obtained from a 15-day maceration, after racking the wine is aged for 12 months in wood and a further 6 months in steel.

Al Sol Brilla La Contralta is a clean and very elegant white wine, the varietal emerges very well despite the long maceration; it has body and personality, to be combined with important dishes, including meat-based ones.
