Ribolla Gialla is one of the most identifying vines of the Collio, both on the Friulian and Slovenian side; Slavcek gives a very traditional version, with a short maceration and a long aging in old barriques.

Ribolla Gialla Slavcek is a wine whose best qualities are sapidity and freshness, with a slightly spicy and floral bouquet and a taut and long sip, typical of great white wines.
