Brigandat is a small winery located in the Aube, the extreme south of Champagne; it is an area experiencing great growth and this Blanc de Noirs is a wine that has few equals in the denomination in terms of quality/price ratio.

Only Pinot Noir is used, also using vin de reserve, and it rests on the yeasts for about 3 years.

The Blanc de Noirs Brigandat & Fils is a multi-purpose champagne, combining both a freshness and drinkability that combine it well with fish starters or aperitifs, and a structure and a gourmand trait that only the Pinot Noirs of this area possess, thus making the wine also suitable for any meal, with risotto or fish soups.
