The Vie di Romans Chardonnay white wine is produced with grapes coming from the vineyard of the same name which is also the most representative vineyard of the company, from which it takes its name.

The vinification takes place in steel tanks and the wine then rests in barriques for a few months, in contact with its yeasts.

It is an exceptional Chardonnay, with delicate notes of pastry and butter that follow hints of fresh fruit and white flowers. On the palate it is slim, with a soft and round entry that immediately fills the palate and closes with a long savory finish.

The Chardonnay Vie di Romans is a dry white perfect to pair with polenta crostini and creamed cod.
