Dettori Bianco is a Sardinian white wine, based on Vermentino, produced in a totally natural way without adding additives, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. It undergoes a short maceration on the skins before refining for about 2 years in concrete tanks.

Sweet notes of dates and honey mix with citrus and floral scents, composing an intoxicating bouquet; this sweetness is found on the palate with a soft and savory sip, with a beautiful persistence.
