Gruner Veltliner is a typically Austrian grape which however also finds fertile ground in Alto Adige and expresses itself at excellent levels.

This Grüner Veltliner is part of the Praepositus line by Abbazia di Novacella, the line dedicated to wines from the best company vineyards. In this case the vinification takes place in steel tanks and the refinement takes place partly in oak barrels, where the wine remains for a few months.

The Gruner Veltliner Praepositus Abbazia di Novacella is a wine that turns on notes of apple and white flowers, with spicy touches given by the passage in wood; the sip is fresh and savory, with a bursting acidity that leaves the palate pleasantly clean.
