The Gewurztraminer Praepositus by Abbazia di Novacella is a reserve, a wine produced with grapes coming from the best company plots.

It is vinified and aged only in steel tanks, to preserve the varietal notes without weighing down the structure of the wine.

On the nose it is an explosion of aromas, from litchis to mango, with notes also of ginger and incense; on the palate we find a great aroma followed by a long finish which, thanks to a delicate acidity, balances the residual sugar well and proves harmonious.
