Pinot Bianco is the main vine of San Michele Appiano, the most cultivated one; therefore it could not be missing from the Sanct Valentin line, the most prestigious of the company.

The grapes come from a single parcel, one of the most suitable and are vinified in barrels of different sizes, to then be assembled and move on to maturation in steel tanks.

The Pinot Bianco Sanct Valentin San Michele Appiano is a thick white wine, for long aging; its longevity testifies to an out of the ordinary quality!

It will surprise you over the years with hydrocarbon notes reminiscent of the great Alsatian whites and a truly exceptional depth, both aromatic and gustatory.

Ideal companion for fish-based dishes such as tuna carpaccio, octopus on potato and olive tartare. It also goes well with asparagus and typical regional dishes such as "Schlutzkrapfen", crescent-shaped ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach.
