Pouilly Fume Silex Didier Dagueneau is the expression of a vineyard in Pouilly Fumè rich in flint, which gives the wine absolutely unique mineral and iodized hints.

On the palate, despite a marked acidity, it remains round and juicy, thanks also to an aging in barrique which smooths out the harshness of the wine, making it easy to drink.
