Didier Dagueneau's Pouilly Fume Pur Sang is a Sauvignon Blanc produced in the best place in the world for the production of this wine, Pouilly Fumè, in the heart of the Loire.

Dagueneau is a legend in this area and is one of the reference points for all winemakers.

Pouilly Fume Pur Sang is produced with a vinification in steel tanks and then they rest for a few years in wooden barrels of different types, which give the wine enormous complexity.

The bouquet is fantastic and ranges from notes of tropical fruit and citrus to notes of oriental and brackish spices; the sip is rich and intense, with a sapidity that emerges on the finish and gives the wine great length.
