Opera Mamete Prevostini is a white wine produced in the heart of the Rhaetian Alps, based on Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco and Manzoni cross. It is vinified in steel and then aged for 5 months in oak barrels.

The aromas are fresh and intriguing, with notes of peach and apricot combined with spicy and mineral hints. On the palate it is very balanced, freshness and flavor are integrated in a tasty and persistent sip.
