The Fiano di Avellino produced by Joaquin is a unique white wine of its kind, different from all the other wines obtained with this vine thanks to an exceptional aromatic and gustatory complexity. It is vinified in oak barrels and then left to refine in glass for a few months. Fresh citrus and floral notes emerge on the nose followed by evolving hints of dried fruit and sweet spices; rich and soft in the mouth, the sip is harmonious and persistent.
