"I Viaggiatori Botte Singola" is a special selection of Aglianico produced by Joaquin.

It is a lot coming from a single barrel which, forgotten in the cellar, allowed a longer refinement than usual, we are talking about 4 years of aging.

Upon tasting this nectar it was decided to bottle it separately, given the incredible nuances it was endowed with thanks to this longer aging.

The vines rise on a volcanic soil and are over a hundred years old; very low yields but of supreme quality, as is evident in this Aglianico "I Viaggiatori single barrel" Joaquin.

The nose is a continuous release of different scents, first ripe red fruit, then spices, cocoa, balsamic and citrus notes. On the palate it enters sinuous and delicate and then explodes in its majesty. Dense but velvety tannins, perfectly integrated with acidity and flavor.

It does not need combinations, taste it alone.
