The Pinot Grigio Sanct Valentin San Michele Appiano is a very, perhaps too much, underestimated wine; it has an incredible aging potential.
Produced since 1986, it is one of the first wines to become part of the reserves of San Michele Appiano.
It is vinified in oak barrels of different sizes and after blending it rests in cement tanks for about 6 months.
Pinot Grigio Sanct Valentin is a rich, deep and intense white wine, with a very dynamic bouquet that changes continuously; the sip is taut and vertical, with lots of freshness and a finish that leaves a note of almond and dried fruit.
