Curtefranca Bianco DOC "Corte del Lupo" Cà del Bosco is a white wine produced in Franciacorta, blending 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Bianco.

The vinification of the Corte del Lupo Cà del Bosco takes place partly in oak barrels and partly in steel tanks and, after 8 months of refinement, the two parts are assembled for bottling. It is important to note that malolactic fermentation does not take place, which is why, even in these increasingly hot years, Corte del Lupo remains a white wine that makes freshness its best quality.

Corte del Lupo Cà del Bosco presents itself to the nose with the aromaticity of Chardonnay which is completed very well with the more mineral part of Pinot Bianco, for a fine and elegant bouquet. The vibrant acidity is immediately perceived on the palate, followed by a medium-length savory finish that leaves the mouth clean and pushes for another sip.
