Nicolas Joly is the pioneer of biodynamic agriculture. An authentic master in this field and his wines prove it!

La Coulee de Serrant is a single vineyard, monopole of Joly himself and planted with Chenin Blanc; the grapes ferment spontaneously in very old barriques and the wine then rests in the same barrels in contact with its own yeasts.

Chenin Blanc Coulee de Serrant Nicolas Joly is an infinite wine, with truly incredible evolutionary potential.

On the palate it is dynamic, with a continuous freshness that gives it length and pleasantness and an exceptional gustatory complexity.
