Anselmet's Chambave Muscat is a great white wine made from white Muscat grapes from Val d'Aosta.

It is vinified dry and is one of the most representative wines of the region. The vinification and brief aging both take place in steel tanks, to preserve the typical varietal notes of the vine.

Chambave Muscat Anselmet on the nose is an explosion of aromas, with notes ranging from white flowers to tropical fruit, with references to ginger and cinnamon. This aromaticity is found on the palate but the wine remains dry, with a great acidity that gives it pleasantness.

Very versatile in pairings, try the Chambave Muscat Anselmet with a pickled char.
