Toros is a small company in Friuli, on the border with Slovenia; the vineyards rest on soils rich in ponca, the typical soil of marine origin present in the collio.

Toros owns a few Pinot Blanc vines with which he creates one of the most popular wines.

The Pinot Bianco di Toros is vinified and aged almost exclusively in steel, the idea is to bring out the purest and freshest part of the pinot bianco, with lots of fruit on the nose and a taut, savory but also warm and enveloping sip on the palate .

The evolutionary potential of this wine is incredible, take an extra carton and leave it in the cellar.
