La Coulee de Serrant is a single vineyard located in the Loire Valley, monopole of Nicolas Joly himself and planted with Chenin Blanc. The grapes ferment spontaneously in very old barriques and the wine then rests in the same barrels in contact with its own yeasts.

Coulee de Serrant Nicolas Joly is an infinite wine, with a truly incredible evolutionary potential.

On the palate it is dynamic, with a continuous freshness that gives it length and pleasantness and an exceptional gustatory complexity: it is a wine to try to perceive its greatness!
