From 100% Cortese grapes, Gavi dei Gavi Black Label is obtained through the strictest respect for nature, with a selection of grapes from vineyards that reach sixty years of age. The vinification takes place cold, partly with maceration on the skins. It remains in contact with the native yeasts until bottling.

Gavi dei Gavi Black Label La Scolca comes from a tradition and experience of over 90 years. A wine with intense aromas with hints of yellow fruit and yellow flowers on a background of almond and flint that make up a refined and intense bouquet. On the palate it is broad and fine, with a tasty freshness that accompanies a long and persistent sip.
