Doleè Vie di Romans is a 100% Friulian produced with grapes from a single vineyard, with the same name.

After a long period of aging in contact with its lees, the wine is bottled without carrying out the malolactic fermentation.

The Friulano Doleè Vie di Romans is a white wine that aims for freshness and pleasantness, with notes of chamomile and hay that open the bouquet, which then turns towards white fruit and citrus. On the palate it is elegant, with a savory and fresh finish at the right point.
