Vermentino di Gallura "Vign'angena" 2021 75 cl Capichera
CapicheraVign'angena from the Capichera company is a very fruity, mineral Vermentino di Gallura, with intense and delicate aromas of orange blossom, lime, hawthorn, yellow apple, juicy and with a persistent finish.
Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Vign'angena is a Sardinian white wine that takes its name from the dialect of Gallura, and means: someone else's vineyard. This name was given to him because initially the grapes that made up this wine came from vineyards owned by others, now completely owned by the Capichera winery.
The vineyards of Vermentino di Gallura del Vign'angena Capichera are grown in the northernmost area of Sardinia, excellent for the cultivation of vines.
The harvest begins between the end of August and the first week of September, and the vinification takes place exclusively in steel tanks until the completion of its maturation.
The result is a white wine with a clear pale straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections, the intense and mineral aroma reveals the complete expression of Vermentino di Gallura, with its olfactory notes reminiscent of orange blossom, broom, hawthorn, and the fruity notes of yellow apple. The Vign'angena in the mouth is fresh, lively and full-bodied, ending with a long fruity finish.
