The harvest takes place in September / October and, subsequently, the grapes are fermented in steel tanks for 4 weeks and put on the market 4 years after the harvest. Santigaini Capichera is a white wine particularly suitable for aging.
Straw yellow in color, Capichera Santigaini has aromas of orange blossom, lavender, licorice and honey on the nose. While on the palate fresh fruit predominates with a strong and enveloping complex, with a persistent and honeyy finish.
Ideal to combine with fish dishes, mature and blue cheeses.
