Sauvignon Blanc Piere Vie by Romans is a white wine produced with grapes from a single vineyard located in Mariano del Friuli (GO), in the Friuli Isonzo Rive Alte area.

Vinification takes place in steel tanks where the wine rests for about 10 months in contact with its lees.

Piere Vie di Romans is a dry white wine, with an aging capacity of up to 20 years.

The distinctive trait of Sauvignon Piere Vie by Romans is certainly freshness, both on the nose with intense herbaceous and white fruit notes, and on the palate where the acidity pleasantly tickles the tongue and invites you to take another sip.
