The Vieris Vie di Romans wine is one of the best Italian Sauvignon Blancs.

The grapes come from a single vineyard and are vinified in steel tanks, followed by a period of aging in oak barrels of about 10 months, in which the wine remains in contact with its lees.

The Sauvignon Blanc "Vieris" Vie di Romans is a white wine with a splendid bouquet; reveals notes of tropical fruit that alternate with citric hints of licorice and tomato leaf. The sip is sapid, with a long aromatic persistence and a marked acidity.

The perfect white wine to drink with a tuna steak garnished with a fresh mint pesto.
