Chardonnay 2019 75 cl Monteverro

Making a top-quality white wine on the Tuscan coast, with ever higher temperatures, is certainly not easy, but Monteverro has managed to outdo itself with this chardonnay.

The Monteverro Chardonnay is a wine that clearly recalls Burgundy, not only for the vinification and the refinement, 14 months strictly in French oak barriques with a part in concrete, but also for the complexity and structure of the wine, without neglecting a vein of acidity that gives tension and length to the drink. Unclarified white wine, it has undergone only a light filtration.

The color of this splendid Monteverro Chardonnay is gold, with delicate aromas of pear, yellow apple, white peach, brioche and lemon blossom. On the palate it is round and evolves into a fresh vein with aromas of pear, fresh fig and vanilla.
