Sauvignon Sturm is a white wine that is produced on the Collio, in the municipality of Cormòns (GO).

The average age of the Sauvignon vineyards is 30 years. The harvest takes place manually, the grapes are then destemmed and cold macerated. This is followed by fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18°C and refinement for a few months before bottling.

Sauvignon Sturm is a wine with a strong, exuberant and seductive character, its color is a beautiful golden yellow. A complex, balsamic sauvignon with aromas of tropical fruit, salbuco flowers, tomato leaves and citrus fruits. In the mouth we find the same sensations, completed by a disarming softness.
