Chardonnay "Andritz" Friuli DOP 2022 75 cl Sturm

Chardonnay Andritz from the Sturm company, a refined and balanced white wine.

The vineyard has an average age of 35 years and is located in the municipality of Cormòns (GO). The harvest takes place manually in September, the grapes are destemmed and cold macerated. Then begins the fermentation in steel tanks and subsequently the refinement which takes place partly in steel and partly in French oak tonneaux.

Chardonnay Andritz Sturm is a warm and mineral enveloping white wine, a rich and enveloping chardonnay. The nose is intense, with the typical hints of exotic fruit and bread crust. The palate is fat, creamy and elegant with citrus and sweet vanilla.

Ripe and mineral, Sturm's chardonnay is ideal to drink with important appetizers of fish and meat, aged cheeses and fish soups.
