Amarone della Valpolicella "Fieramonte" Riserva 2013 75 cl Allegrini
AllegriniThe thought of a Riserva must always and necessarily be a great thought.
The Amarone Classico Riserva DOCG Fieramonte Allegrini has for a long time been not only an oenological banner of the Company, but also one of the Italian excellences, the archetype of the denomination.
Fieramonte is part of the elite of the rarest and most precious wines in the world.
Its creation starts from a manual selection of the grapes, to then move on to a period of natural over-ripening of the grapes in the loft with a weight loss of the grapes of 40/50%. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks and the refinement in 2.25hl barriques lasts 48 months and 1 year in the bottle before being marketed.
The Amarone Riserva Fieramonte Allegrini presents itself in its intense and compact ruby. The nose opens slowly, dominated by a red and fleshy fruit, aromatic herbs and a deep note of spices, black pepper and cloves. The sip is full, with a present but not aggressive tannin and a fresh acidity that makes the sip very long.
Fieramonte Allegrini is a wine with infinite evolutionary potential, to have now and forget it in the cellar to rediscover it in a few years in its full splendour!
