Giovanni Rosso's Roero Arneis is a light and convivial white wine.

The Arneis grapes are harvested in September and, before fermentation, they are subjected to cryomaceration to best extract all the aromatic components; subsequently refined for 6 months in steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle.

Roero Arneis Giovanni Rosso is a white wine with typical notes of the vine, with aromas of apple, almond and elderflower, while on the palate it is fresh and drinkable, ideal as an aperitif.
