The volcanic soils of Etna are endowed with a unique fertility and the fruits that grow on these soils always have an extra gear; hence the idea of selecting them and using them to produce liqueurs.

Mulberries are harvested at 1000 meters above sea level in July; they are then infused in agricultural alcohol to create this liqueur that contains all the aromaticity of the mulberry.
