Vitovska is one of the most historic vines of the Collio, both on the Italian and Slovenian borders.

Cotar produces a classic interpretation of Virovska, therefore created with long maceration and 3-year aging in oak barrels.

The Vitovska Cotar is a unique wine, "orange wine" with an intense bouquet where the tropical fruit and floral notes emerge despite the long passage in wood; on the palate it is very fresh and sapid, with a splendid drinkability.
