The grapes come from a small 4-hectare vineyard and vinification and aging take place in barrique.

The Pinot Nero Castello della Sala reveals a typical nose of spices and small red fruits that precedes a warm and sinuous sip, with great softness and supported by a vein of acidity, very pleasant and elegant. The finish is long and mineral.
