Rosso di Valtellina Vesper is a fresh and drinkable wine, produced by the Convento San Lorenzo, one of the oldest wineries in Valtellina.

The grapes ferment in steel tanks with a short maceration and, before bottling, the wine rests for 6 months in steel tanks.

We are not looking for complexity and structure in this bottle, but rather pleasantness and ease of drinking; Vesper Convento San Lorenzo is a masterful Nebbiolo from this perspective, with sweet and silky tannins and a freshness that lengthens the sip and cleans the palate: you will never stop drinking it.
