Occhetti is a historic wine produced by Prunotto since the 1970s

Occhetti Prunotto is a pure Nebbiolo which, after a short maceration, ages 18 months in large barrels.

A fresh and drinkable wine, the tannins are silky and the acidity teases the palate, inviting you to drink. The nose opens on typical floral and red fruit, raspberry, rose and light notes of licorice and toasting.

Nebbiolo Occhetti Prunotto goes well with hot appetizers, first courses and not too rich meat dishes, a red wine to drink every day, a bottle for lunch and one for dinner!
