The "Villa Barbi" Decugnano dei Barbi is a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, vinified only in steel, with a fresh and savory sip. It is a very balanced wine where the rustic and aggressive part of Sangiovese is tamed by the softer and more pleasant features of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon; the use of steel and the short refinement preserve the more fruity scents of the wine, with a pleasant and not demanding sip.
