Oenological monument, Chateau Petrus is the wine of wines, the object of desire of collectors from all over the world.

Chateau Petrus was born in 1920, the year in which Madame Loubat inherited a piece of land in Pomerol. The great potential of the Chateau was confirmed in 1964 when the famous négociant Jean Pierre Moueix became co-owner.

The vineyards of Chateau Petrus have an average age of 40 years and are located north-east of Libourne and extend as far as the western part of Saint-Émilion, for a total area of 11.4 hectares.

Chateau Petrus is composed of 95% Merlot, to which a small part of Cabernet Franc is added.

A sublime wine, with a bright ruby red color with clear purple reflections. On the nose there are aromas that recall jam, spicy notes and woody nuances. On the palate the tannins are exquisitely powerful and integrated with the juice.

A label with great aging potential.
